Is your hair colour VEGAN friendly and has it been tested on animals?

We get asked this question many times by our customers and our customers clients!

What currencies do you accept?

We currently only accept payment in GBP (£).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards via our RBS WorldPay (Part of the The Royal Bank of Scotland) secure payment gateway. Please see the "Payments Powered by RBS WorldPay" logo throughout our website. We also accept PayPal. All payment methods are quick and processed securely using the latest SSL technology.

Is my payment handled securely?

Yes, we use RBS WorldPay (Part of the The Royal Bank of Scotland) or PayPal secure payment gateways that use the lastest SSL technology to process your payment. When you are directed to the payment page the address will be prefixed by HTTPS (note the S) indicating you are on a secure page, and your payment details will be sent through a secure connection.

Do you store customer credit/debit card details entered via the www.bits4hair.com website?

No, for your protection we do not store credit/debit card details in our own system. All credit/debit card details are processed by our secure payment gateways, RBS WorldPay and Paypal in a secure environment.

Do prices include VAT?

No, as we supply to the trade all our prices are plus VAT at the current rate.

What is your delivery charge?

Our delivery charge is a flat fee of £6.95 plus VAT for any order quantity (mainland UK only).

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE, DUE TO HUGE DEMAND WE NOW DELIVER TO NORTHERN, SOUTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ISLE OF WIGHT! These locations do however incur an additional surcharge.  You simply select the surcharge at checkout under "Delivery Information > Delivery Method", based upon you Delivery address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We dispatch on the day of order (Monday to Friday) if received before 2pm. Orders placed over the weekend, on bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Delivery is within 48 business hours. Please note: A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by Parcel Force and other courier services we may use. Someone must be available at your choosen delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Can I buy a colour chart from you?

Yes, we sell a Colour Chart containg full colour swatches of all our hair colours. Please see our BITS4HAIR "THE COLOUR" Permanent Colour/Color Swatches Chart for details.

How do I become a Member?

Bits4Hair.com are a Trade only supplier.

Due to the success of our products we are now offering FREE annual membership. All exisiting customers and new customers will receive FREE annual membership worth £100.00 +VAT per year. You will not have to pay ANY membership!

Can I access my previous orders online?

Yes, if you've placed an order before and view previous orders, click the "Login/My Account" at the top right of the page to login to your account. From here you can view previous orders and restore previous orders to your cart from the "Review previous Orders" heading.

I've forgotten my password, how do I obtain it?

If you've forgotten your password click "Forgot Password?" at the top right of the page.

How do I return a faulty/damaged item?

Returns/Refund Policy:

We want you to be totally happy with your item(s) from bits4hair.com. It's very rare items are returned to us, however if you have a faulty/damaged item or unwanted/incorrectly ordered item(s) then please read our returns/refund policy below.

To return an item you need to obtain authorisation from us. Please email us using our contact form with an email subject of "RETURNS", your order number, the item(s) you want to return and your reason in the comment section. We will then send you instructions via email once we have received your request.

1. Faulty/damaged item returns must be reported within 48 hours. A full payment refund or exchange will be offered for faulty/damaged items.

2. Unwanted/Incorrectly ordered item returns Unwanted/incorrectly ordered items will only be accepted if the item(s) are returned in an unused resalable condition in the original unopened packaging, otherwise we won't be able to refund you.

Please make sure you obtain a proof of posting for any items that are returned to us from your courier/Post Office. Items do get lost in the post. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and if everything is OK we'll refund you in full within 5 working days.

Privacy Policy

1. Bits4Hair Ltd t/a www.bits4hair.com is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK.

The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.

2. When you order, we need to know your name, address, email address and card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.

3. We use your personal information for payment, billing, delivery and customer re-ordering and email update messages (if you opt to receive these messages). We will only contact you with your consent.

4. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential requirement for credit/debit card validation during purchase.

5. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by contacting us.

We use a technology called "cookies" as part of a normal business procedure to track patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. A cookie is an element of data that our Website sends to your browser which is then stored on your system. You can set your browser to prevent this happening. Any information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you change your browser settings.

6. In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area). Your information will not be transferred outside the EEA for any other purpose.
